Lovell Minnick Partners-backed J.S. Held, a multi-disciplinary consulting firm, made a majority investment in Spex, a digital property inspection platform for the property and casualty industry. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. J.S. Held has added seven consulting businesses since Lovell Minnick acquired it in 2015.
J.S. Held, a Jericho, N.Y.-based construction and property damage consulting firm, said it has become a majority owner in Spex, a digital property inspection and reporting platform for the property/casualty insurance industry.
