Business Development Manager

Spex is looking for a new and outstanding sales team member. This individual will be tasked with helping grow awareness and adoption of the Spex platform. Spex provides best-in-class property intelligence software for the insurance industry. Our customers include some of the best restoration contractors, forensic engineering firms, construction consulting firms, IA, TPA and P&C Insurance Carriers.

What you’ll primarily be doing:

  • Cultivating and engaging new sales prospects
  • Demonstrating the Spex platform
  • Explaining the value of Spex to prospective customers through calls and meetings
  • Developing and maintaining a lead generation and contact management system
  • Attending industry events including tradeshows and customer networking events

You might also work on the following:

  • Help manage the on-boarding process for customers
  • Support the Customer Success team in a variety of other customer-centric tasks
